Especially, for the young students whose psychologies are not mature yet. Facing to the conflict and blending from local culture and foreign culture, traditional culture and modern culture, national culture and global culture. It's appears very realistic and urgent to make a view, a judgment, a choice. The culture makes the people"Culturalization"that's because the person is in the existence and development of culture. Therefore, This papers is beginning at interpreting the culture of globalization. Firstly, Defines the scope of culture, Analysis of causes of cultural globalization, and clarifies the various understanding of cultural globalization. To some extend, Cultural globalization is a melted tends which are mutual-recognized, mutual- penetrated, learned from each other and mutual-reference from lifestyles, modes of thinking, ways of consumption, ideas and concepts in different culture. This paper, especially, choose the culture of ecology ,the culture of consumption, the culture of internet, the culture of festival, the culture of mass as represents to analyze the forms of the culture of globalization.Culture is the main condition, basic background, as well as important content of moral education. Moral education is important and direct way to cultivate students' moral quality. So, It's a quite good opportunity for the development of china's moral education under the background of cultural globalization, because each states and national culture in conflict towards integration, in the progress of dialogue and communicate, they are mutual-reference and prosperity in common. Certainly, a coin has two sides. It's also a stern challenge to china's moral education. On the one hand. the culture extensive globalization, which is beneficial to develop the resources of moral culture, to refresh the way of thinking in moral education, to promote the moral education towards to"human", as well as, emancipating the mind, changing concepts of students. to a certain extent, students have enhanced the spirit of patriotism, to enhance the student's sentimental experience in moral. On the other hand, to some degree, It's a dangerous challenge to make the moral education marginalized, causing the school's moral education lack of responsibility, leading a contradiction between the spread of moral values and the reality, worsening the relationship between teachers and students, intensifying the conflict of the students moral values, to a certain extent, weakening the national consciousness of teenagers, bringing the students confused and abnormal behavior.Facing to opportunities and challenges in the cultural globalization, the moral education should make good use of all advantage factors to develop the theory of moral education and to innovate the method of moral education. As well as, to look at the complex social phenomenon in the perspective of globalization, an open mind, and criticism attitude. Enhancing the cultural consciousness, and constantly adjust their thinking in practice. Blending the traditional culture and modern culture, national culture and excellent foreign culture. Maintaining the direction and nature of socialism. In order to improve the power of culture and effective in moral education, what we should do? First, We should enhance cultural awareness and implication .Second, We should integrate cultural resources, forming the unity of cultural power.
