Study On The Theory Of Higher Education Industrial Development In Knowledge-based Economy Era

The emergence of a new concept usually scribes the changing of ages, the arising of knowledge-based economy is not artificial to invert, but the result of a human material and spiritual civilization with the highly developed. The knowledge-based economy is not only a kind of informationalizational integration economy but also a creative sustainable developmental and network economy .what is more ,it is an educational economy. The knowledge- based economy age will be an educational age .The education particularly higher education will not break to walk up to combine and become the center of satiety economy in its age . Meantime ,it will become the increase pole and powerful engine of th new economy to the development of society. As a base cultivating the creative talented , a source producing now knowledge , a cradle creating the new thought , a hatchery hatching the new industry especially knowledge-based industry ,higher education will necessarily become the foundation and motive of the formation and development of knowledge- based economy in our courtly, there were no higher education, there were no knowledge- based economy. In a sense, it is the higher education that has conceived the knowledge-based economy. Hence, it will be definite for higher education to be come its core industry, which has the function of spreading, producing and developing knowledge.However, education has the dual belonging?has the attribution of both productivity and ideology. On the one hand, it is the former that make it become an industry .So it is possible for higher education to be thought of as an industry in order to develop its elf .On the other hand, it is the latter that make it clear that higher education should not be industrialized.According to this background, firstly, based on discussing the historical background, the conceptual evolution, the connotation and the characteristicsof knowledge-based economy, this paper has completely explicated the status and role of higher education in knowledge-based economy era. Secondly, In the light of the comprehensive evaluation towards the research actuality of domestic and international higher educational industrial theories, this paper has clarified the theoretical foundation of the industrial development of higher education and analyzed the definition, product and traits of the industry of higher education .In addition, in terms of the extensive actual material, this paper has made some reasonable reflection on the necessity, possibility, connotation, market , principle and approach of the higher education's industrial development. Finally ,from the aspects of the reformation of educational system ,University autonomy by the law, macro-regulation by the government and the cultivation of the educational market ,this paper has come up with the suggestion on policy that is beneficial to the industrial development of higher education .Here are the two innovative points of this paper as follows: based on breaking through the frame of the idea of the current education industry ,this paper has clearly come up with the definition and connotation of the industrial development of higher education and systematically explicated its principle and approach. On the other hand, confronted with the challenge of the knowledge-based economy and the actual condition of higher education in our country ,it has put forward the basic thinking and suggestions on policy of the industrial development of higher education.The systematic study on the way to develop higher education is an experimental and pioneering subject, which is of great theoretic and realistic importance, it will greatly benefit the rapid development of the higher education industry in our country...
