Preschooler language acquisition is an age-old research subject, and the creation of preschooler language acquisition environment has become a hotspot again today with fast development of learning science. Latest research shows that preschoolers are provided with striking learning ability, and they are actively learning subjects with self-concept development. In this subject, an preschooler language acquisition environment that integrates "seeing, hearing and doing" is designed through summarizing and analyzing theories and methods related to language acquisition environment creation at all times and in all over the world, and analysis and evaluation of the application result of related products, referring to the latest Constructivism Instructional Design theory in educational technology, esp. Learning environment design philosophy and situation cognitive theory with students in the core, and closely combining learning characteristics of preschoolers, in particular, characteristics and laws of preschooler language acquisition. With this environment, preschoolers shall become subjects of information processing and active constructors of knowledge and sense from passive receives of external stimulation and objects of knowledge transfer. In practice, we have summarized some design principles and methods of language situational games, "Playing Chinese Characters" for instance, and thought out a series of theme-oriented language game environments and corresponding game teaching modes. Through such practice and academic approach, we draw the initial conclusion that *the preschooler language acquisition environment that integrates seeing, listening and doing is effective for enhancing the interests of preschoolers towards language acquisition, enabling them to become active constructors of language and sense, and cultivating and promoting the language acquisition ability of preschoolers, which lays a theoretical and practical foundation for verifying this conclusion through the comparative experiments.
