There are more and more people standing in the field of education and researching lived experience and studying its educational values. All in all, as a complicated idea, lived experience is not only a kind of activity, a meaning of activity, but also a result of activity. It emphasizes the importance of practice by oneself, stresses learning and understanding by one's heart. The person, who is the main body of lived experience stands on life and learns from real-life, not only gains experiences, but also get satisfied by heart. The article includes three parts.Part one will discuss lived experience's meaning by tracing the background of lived experience's concept and theories, and studying on its characters and types.Part two will probe into lived experience's educational values which can be researched by two ways, one is its active value, the other is life's value and life's meaning.Part three will look after the ways that can put the values that discussed above into practice. There are two ways to realize lived experience's values, those are learning contents and learning means, so we can select experiencal knowledge that's easy for students to experience into our curricula, and choose those experiencal means to help students to do by their hands and think by their brain.
