Connecting with the characteristic of M.Ed. program and the actual problems arising from the curriculum arrangement and curriculum implementation of M.Ed. hi mathematics education program in China, basing on the latest authoritative report and abundant first hand information collected from some of the most influential universities from the most developed countries, This dissertation analysis the curriculum arrangement and curriculum implementation of overseas M.Ed, in mathematics education Program and make a comparative research on the curriculum arrangement, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation of the M.Ed. hi mathematics education programs from the select university of George(America), University of Bristol(UK), Nanyang Technology University(Singapore).Through the comparative research, the following issues were observed: on the aspect of curriculum arrangement, all the above mentioned overseas M.Ed, in mathematics education program give prominence to the establishment of core course, methodology technology hi the education research and the arrangement of high proportion of Mathematics education courses; on the aspect of curriculum implementation, they all pay big attention to the guidance of advance education theory to teacher's teaching practice, the application of information technology hi education practice and M.Ed. candidate's correlated extracurricular study; on the aspect of dissertation writing, they all emphasize the research methodology training and tutor instruction.Therefore, in connected with the M.Ed, in mathematics education Program hi China, the following apocalypse were concluded form the comparative research: the characteristic of professional degree should be emphasized in the curriculum establishment; the gap between the education theory and teaching practice should be shorten in the curriculum implementation and the M.Ed, dissertation guidance should be strengthened.
