The Five-year High-Graded Professional Education, which has been developed in recent years, is a professional education form having Chinese Characteristics. But because the time of development hasn't been long enough, it hasn't yet been highly developed; especially the weakness of teaching material has become one of the important elements which badly affected teaching qualities. To develop five-year high-graded professional pharmacology chemistry experiment teaching material with characteristics of our own school and aims to train technical practical ability :Firstly,to solve the problem of the lack of teaching material.Secondly.to strengthen and make perfect chemistry experiment teaching,to improve students'chemistry experiment skills and make the students form the base of good professional ability. Thirdly,to strengthen the connection between chemistry and major,helping students form the ability of solving majoy problems with chemical knowledge and methods.Use the "target pattern" to develop teaching material: Firstly, the curriculum target should be decided. According to the "Needs Evaulation Pattern" ,the target of chemistry experiment course will be set down, giving prominence to the target of operation skills and classifying the targets' decomposition and chemical experiment operating skills levels. All these will help ascertain the targets and measur the studies. Secondly, the contents should be chosen. With the purpose of realizing the curriclum targets, carrying out the theory of "chemistry in pharmacology" ,we should choose suitable experimental materials according to some principles, so that we can make sure the quantities of basic operation experiments and comprehensive experiments. Thirdly, the contents should be organized. Arrang the inorganic chemistryexperiments,organic chemistry experiments and analytic chemistry experiments in a whole,and in order to make the experimental teaching more systematically,they should be separately organized as these parts:basic knowledge of chemistry experiment, basic operation experiment, experiment of chemical quality, qualitative experiment, quantitative experiment synthesis, extration and experiment design. Fourthly, the teaching materials should be put into effect. Specifically. We should do such things: putting the "task centred experimental teaching pattern" into practice, making up suitable ways of examination and strengthening the operation examinations. Fifthly, the teaching materials should be evaluated. According to the theory analysis, specialists' ideas and teaching practice, the teaching materials remain to be revised and perfected.
