The 21st Century is an Internet century .As a famous saying goes, everything has two sides. So does the Internet. Positive and negative traditional and modern angles such as consciousness, merit notion an lie in the Internet Culture. Internet itself becomes a two-edge sword, both has advantage and a disadvantage. As more and more teen students become interested in the Internet, the rich resources in the Internet broaden the teen' s learning way, but on the other hand. Somenegative resources result in negative effects. As teen students use the Internet more frequently, broadly and deeply they are influenced by the Internet. Internet is sure to influence the young generation negatively in the study life and moral notion, and so on. In this work, the auther investigatesand interviews dozens middle school students, nalyzes the activities they perform in the internet and analyzes the negative inflences resulted by internet culture.In the end, some resolutions are suggessd.This work is divided into five parts.In the first part, the research backgrounds actualitiws and methods of this paper are clarified briefly. The research is based on the deeply investigating the case that students perform in the Internet. Especially, when faced to the challenge brought by Internet,what should be done to avoid and resolve the problems. Also the research cab be used in the middle school' s ethical education.In the second part, the "Internet Culture" is defined as the following, it is a mordern culture which is based on the Internet combines various knowledges, beliefs, moralities, arts, legislations, customs etc. The Internet culturehas the characteristics such as imitatively illusory open, sharable, liberate, multiple and so on. The development of Internet in china from 1994 are also briefly introduced. Now the teens have become the main population performing on the Internet.In the third part, the author investigates and analyzes 4 High students in BaiYin District about their activities on the Internet .By investigation and questionnaive , and summarizes that, when surfing on the Internet .High schoolstudents have the characteristics such as little knowledge, lowlevel, multiplicity, simplicity, mobility, independence, adap tability uncontrouablity and so on.In the fourth part. Based on the research results, the author analyzes the impacts that Internet culture will have on the middle school student' s morality.Although the Internet culture has positive aspects on culturing the moral notions, independence, open-mindedness, innovative spirits and so on, but on the other hand. The Internet culture has negative influences on society.Psychology and physical,merit notion, Internet morality, moral and psychology etc. This is main caused by confused content spread in the Intenet culture are out of control, the administration ofInternet culture is lagged. Internet culture' s personality and illusory. Education is not suited and the supervision is not so strong and so on.Middle school' s moerality has the opportunities by the Internet culture to change study type from accumulation to self-determination, attain alternating learning style, digitize morality media and supply another way to practise morality. Thus tomodernize the morality education improve the morality education.In the fifth part. The author suggests:When faced to the opportunities and challenges brought by Internet culture, school morality education should:(1)Invest more money to develop school' s network. nhance the youth' s Internet morality education, thus to help then build positive Internet notion. (3) Chance the traditional way of morality education, update the education. (4)Direct the youth to use Internet correctly. (5) Reinforce the law of Internet. Standardize Internet performance optimize Internet circumstance.
