The lifestyle of Internet Era lifestyle has been integrated into the contemporary undergraduates’study and life. Therefore, it has produced a kind of new culture phenomenon--Internet Culture. Internet Culture has a deep influence on undergraduates’cognition, psychology emotion and value orientation. Internet Culture has characteristics of openness, interactivity, diversity and so on. It has positive effect on undergraduates’knowledge structure, psychological communication, self-consciousness, innovation ability and provides a basis for the construction of undergraduates’value conception; it characteristics of Virtual and uncontrollable have a negative impact on the contemporary undergraduates’moral, psychology, interpersonal relationship and values orientation. It has changed their thought, behavior and make value conception of the partial undergraduates uncontrol. This is a severe challenge to the ideological and political education. Under the background of Internet Culture, how to play the greatest degree of Internet Culture’s positive influence on groups of undergraduates and try to reduce it negative influence. There is a variety of forces to play.
