Since 198o's , some mimic altitude training methods have brought forward and developed in order to avoid disadvantage of altitude training and improve rationalization, scientific farther more . Intermittent hypoxia exposure is one of these methods.Microcirculation participates in substance exchange with tissue and cell directly. It is basic configuration and function unit to execute and fulfill circulation system function .Its postural touches directly blood capability of perfusion and carrying oxygen and nutriment and removing outcoming . Nail microcirculation is one of better position to observe tiie change of body's outer Microcirculation. The equipments is simple and operation is convenient. Nail microcirculation can be used to evaluate body's statas and post physiological change during exercise and resume disciplinarian at a certain extent.To investigate the effect of IHE on nail microcirculation with tianniu's integral method and evaluate body's status and pest physiological change during exercise and recovery disciplinarian, seven students whose major is football in Beijing university of physical education lived in hypoxia apartment (O2%: 15.4%, CO2% <5000ppm,the temperature :23+3.C and the humidity: 63+5%) 4 weeks (l0h /d , 7d Avk ). We observed the changes of nail microcirculaiion after acute \ two weeks \four weeks of IHE when rest and after a quantitative load exercise test , separately .It is concluded that :1) After the acute IHE ,the configuration integral and overall integral of rest increased significantly compared with those of after ordinary oxygen (P<0.05 ) and this illuminates that significant change of nail microcirculation appeared . 2)After two weeks of IHE ,the flow integrals of rest and post-exercise increased significantly compared with those of after normaxia (P<0.05) ; overall integral of rest and post-exercise 15' increased significantly (P<0.05) . This shows that after two weeks of IHE , the flow integral of nail microcirculation changed greatly and students' body status are rather bad and recovery after exercise is slow 3) After four weeks of IHE , the configuration integral of post-exercise shortly and 5' decreased significantly compared with those of after normaxia (P<0.05 ) ; the flow integral and overall integral of rest and post-exercise did not change significantly (P>0.05 ) .This shows after four weeks of IHE , students' body status get better and recovery after exercise is fester .4) After four weeks of IHE, the flow integral and overall integral of post-exercise 15' both decreased significantly compared with those of after two weeks of IHE (P<0.05).This shows considering the changes of tfie flow integral and overall integral, the effect of four weeks of IHE is better than two weeks of IHE .
