The experimental purpose:Observe the influence of interval hypoxia exercise prescription on the body composition and bone metabolism of simple obesity children for 4 weeks and propose theoretical and experimental basis for the weight-losing and health of obesity children.The experimental method:From Shanghai Peak Weight-losing Camp,37 female children with simple obesity are selected and are divided randomly into two groups of Group Aerobic (n=18) and Group Hypoxia (n=19). These two groups are given aerobic exercise prescription and hypoxia prescription respectively, in order to conduct exercise prescription and diet restriction. Group hypoxia conducts exercises 3-4 times every week (the oxygen concentration:14.8%-15.4%). Before and after the experiment, dual X-ray scans are conducted and some indexes including serum osteocalcin and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase are tested.The experimental results:1. After the experiment, the weight, BMI, fat rate of both groups decrease noticeably (P<0.05) and the fat rate decline of Group Hypoxia is more obvious than Group Aerobic (P<0.05).2. After the experiment, for Group Aerobic, the obvious decline of muscle quality appear in the areas of upper limbs, thighs, Android area and Gynoid area (P<0.05); for Group Hypoxia, only the quality of muscle in thighs decrease obviously (P<0.05). Muscle content in Gynoid area in Group Hypoxia children decreases more obviously than Group Aerobic.3. After the experiment, bone density in the areas of high bone, body, tail bone increases obviously compared with pr-experiment.4. After the experiment, hypoxia group, the serum levels of osteocalcin, anti tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5b were compared with those before the experiment appeared significantly increased (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Four-week interval hypoxia exercise prescription can noticeably improve the body composition of obesity children; its effect of reducing fat wins out over Group Aerobic; and it can restrain from losing muscle content.2. Four- week interval hypoxia exercise prescription can obviously increase the bone density in the areas that are easily subjected to mechanical power, reduce the bone density in the areas that have small mechanical power, thus promoting the bone transfer in body.
