Research On Interaction Development Of College Moral Education Environment In New Century

On the basis of knowledge that at present the research on college moral education environment always remains in "the dynamic, open system" this article attempts to investigate the college moral education environment placing in "either dynamic, open or interaction development system" . According to this general train of thought we carry out primary probe into the interaction development of college moral education from four aspects: the composition of system of college moral education environment, the interaction relation of college moral education, the problems existing in the interaction development of college moral education and the strategy to realize beneficial interaction development of college moral education environment.On the problem of the composition of system of college moral education environment we take the connotation of college moral education environment as a point of contact and summarize the characteristics of the following aspects: the diversity, extensiveness, dynamism, openness, systematization, complexity, etc. of moral education environment. We divide the college moral education environment into inner environment and outer environment, taking the dualism of college moral education environment as a basic point. At the same time we also consider the important influence of mass medial on college moral education environment and their special intermediary function. We classify mass media as intermediary environment. Thus we come to three levels of the composition of system of college moral education environment: the outer environment of college moral education, macroscopic social environment, medium sized community environment and microscopic family environment; the inner environment ofcollege moral education -- the material environment of campus, academicenvironment, cultural environment and interpersonal environment; theintermediary environment -- mass media. Through such classification eitherthe relationship of general and individual character of college moral education environment or the characteristics of the diversity, stratification complexity and systematization of college moral education environment are considered for the convenience of investigation of interaction development of factors of moral education environment.On the foundation of the composition of system of college moral education environment we take the inner moral education environment as a basic point and further probe into the interrelation of inter and outer environments of college moral education, which is mainly expressed in four aspects: 1. The interaction of social environment and college moral education. Here we emphatically discuss the influence of cultural environment of globalization, marketable ness, pluralism which are regarded as "soft restriction" on college moral education. Meantime, we will probe into the interaction of college moral education and social environment from the aspects that college moral education can actively partake in the construction of social environment, can surpass social culture and can be transformed into positive effluence in social environment. 2. The interaction of community environment and college moral education. Community environment is the relation of binary effluence and cyclic development with college moral education. Community culture can penetrate into college moral education and play a simulative or cancelable role in college moral education: Meanwhile, institutions of higher learning can actively absorb, screen an optimize community culture and can radiate its advanced moral culture into the construction of spiritual civilization of community to enhance the cultural quality of the members of community, stimulate the continuous change of community culture and build a community of academic type together. 3. The interaction of family environment and college moral education.
