Teacher ' s personality effects on the young students ' development are unreplaceabie.Teachers ' personality plays a great role in students ' educatian, because it afectsthe formation and development of the sdudents personality. Teachers ' personality is a comprehensive representation of the level of competence, creating perfect personality is the educators one of the most important aim.Educators ' task is not noly to teachknowledge, but to educate students.teachers cultivate and affect students ' personality.Global reform and development in education requires more in educating students.It is necessary to have cometent teachers, because, in the new era, the capable teachers caneducate capable,creative, adaptable talents. Teachers ' competence is the key to carry out competence education plan. Teachers ' personality is theoverall presentation of their quality,Chinese language teaching is the fundamental education, it is important, elementary in education. Itperfornis atask that other shool subjects can not compare with, leaning Chinese language teaching well plays aunrepleaceable part in studying other subjects and also in improving national people ' s quality. Thus, Chinese language teachers ' comptence shows its importance. Reform and development in education require middle shool ' s Chinese language teachers must possess the quality that can keep touch with the developing society. Teachers influence subtely and cultivate cearectly, with their owen personality as modals, the students ' personality.According to the social change of basic education reform, competence education in process,combining the new tread of Chinese language teaching reform in the middle school,I try toexpouned, in the point of personality, the meaning ,the role of the teachers and Chinese language teachers,and tyy to elaborate the main personality elementslie (moral quality , professional ablity, mind and body quality, acsthetic quality) of Chinese language teachers. In adacation,I also try to put fowavel some ways how to improve personality education, to pertray a new personality image of middle schools Chinese language teacher in new century.
