Because of attaching importance to the education increasingly all over the world, people request the schooling to improve the students' capability higher and higher. Noticed the reality that the training of the capacity to reflect is not thought much of in the basic education, this dissertation elaborates the connotation of reflection, the meaning and construction of reflective capability, and analyses the necessity and precondition to cultivate the students' reflective capability, and advances the methods and models of teaching in the mathematical education in secondary school. Meanwhile, by the one-year experimental study in mathematical education, especially in mathematics teaching in secondary school, which is mainly implemented by adopting two kinds of the teaching methods of training-reflection, the main conclusions are as follows:First, it is beneficial to cultivate the students' reflective traits and initial-consciousness.Second, it is beneficial to cultivate and increase the students' reflective capability.Third, it is beneficial to increase the students' enthusiasm of participating in the mathematics teaching.Fourth, it is beneficial to increase the students' go-aheadism of learning mathematics.
