One of the important parts of public exercises, aerobics, an important compulsory course in many colleges, is now attracting more and more college students, especially female students. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors affecting the female students' aerobics training and achievements. The subjects involved in this study are female second-year students of the Three Gorges University. All of them take the aerobics as their optional course. Based on some psychological theories, and by adopting various methodologies such as data collecting, statistics analysis, questionnaire, class observation, and experiment comparison, conclusions are drawn as the followings:1) psychological training can improve the infecting and expressive force of students' aerobic performance;2) the psychological training in the elementary stage exert no distinct influence on individual' temperament;3) the ability of the apperception can be trained in the mini-combination to improve students' veracity of performance;4)the systematic and intentional psychological training can strengthen the students' specialty sense of aerobics.
