This article is guided by modern sports scientific research theories and methods,combined with sports training methods,sports human scientific research methods,and the scoring criteria for difficult movements in the international aerobics competition rules,to conduct experimental research on the development of lower limb explosive power for college students in aerobics specialization.Use the method of plyometric training and traditional training methods to conduct comparative experiments,explore the comparison of the impact of plyometric training and traditional training methods on the explosive power of lower limbs of college students in aerobics special strength training in colleges and universities,and summarize from it.A better training method for lower-limb explosive power should be developed in order to achieve better training effects,so as to improve the aerobics level of college students specializing in aerobics and further promote the development of aerobics projects in colleges and universities.The research is carried out by using the method of literature materials,expert interviews,experimental methods and mathematical statistics.Among them,the main research method is the experimental method.The experimental objects of this study are the 2019 aerobics special team 1(experimental group)and the 2019 aerobics special team 2(control group),each with 16 people(7 boys and 9 girls).),the experimental group adopts the super isometric training method mainly based on deep jumping exercises,and the control group adopts the traditional conventional training method.In this paper,the standing long jump,semi-squatting jumping(SJ)and vertical jumping(CMJ)and other indicators will be selected as the test standards.Among them,SJ and CMJ are tested using the KISTLER three-dimensional force measuring platform.The platform extracted data to analyze the impulse(I),flight time(T),and flight height(H)of SJ and CMJ movements.By using SPSS software to test the differences before and after the experiment to compare whether the training effect of the two groups was significant,and then to determine whether the training effect was significant.The explosive power of the lower limbs of the experimental subjects was evaluated.Research results:(1)Before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group showed significant differences in standing long jump,semi-squatting jumping in place(SJ)and vertical jumping in place(CMJ);(2)experimental group Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in the indicators of standing long jump,standing jumping in place(SJ)and vertical jumping in place(CMJ).There was no significant difference in each index of jumping(SJ)and vertical jumping in place(CMJ);(4)in the two groups of aerobics,the completion of jumping and jumping difficult movements in group C increased compared with that before the experiment,but the experimental The increase in the group was larger,while the increase in the control group’s performance was less obvious.According to the results of the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The results of the study found that the use of the super isometric training method showed significant differences in various indicators after the experiment,and although the traditional training method would also promote the growth of lower limb explosive power,according to the data The results show that there is no significant difference,indicating that the use of ultra-isometric training methods to improve the explosive power of the lower limbs of college students specializing in aerobics will be more effective than traditional training methods.(2)Under the condition of self-weight as the load,the growth rate of the explosive power of the lower limbs of girls is higher than that of boys in the same group,indicating that the development of explosive power of lower limbs of college students specializing in aerobics has a larger space for development,is relatively rapid,and has a better effect than boys.better.(3)The strength of the lower body explosive power can directly affect the completion and artistry of the difficult movements of jumping and jumping of the aerobics special students.Training combined with the special characteristics can promote the students to complete aerobics complete sets of movements.The super isometric training method has a positive effect on the students to maintain a good physical function state and produce effective training effects. |
