Constructivism emphasizes that education should take a grave view on student, advocate active study, pay attention the quality of study, ask student to not only study basic knowledge and basic ability in educating course , but also it is more important to be to develop intelligence , learn learning, learn survival as well as learn innovation. Participating teaching is based on domestic and international advanced educational theory, combined electromagnetism experiment course characteristic, and it also take care of the job that student will take up after he graduated from college in the future. The major character of this teaching pattern is that the training main host in students and lets each student have the opportunity as host master preside in teaching, pay attention to the alternating and cooperative, draw a conclusion through two years teaching experiment:Through the result of the test and the data of survey from the experiments on 2001 levels and 2002 levels of GuiZhou normal university in electromagnetic experiment we can find that Participating teaching in electromagnetism experiment teaching for the study of ability and basic knowledge is betterthan traditional experiment teaching; the students who adopt the participating teaching method are more initiative than the students who adopt the traditional teaching method; the course of participating teaching is more reach than the traditional course, the new class emphasis cooperative and complementary and traditional class emphasizes competition;...
