Since 2000 year, under the leading of Professor Chuanhan Lv, Professor Bingyi Wang etc, who work at the department of mathematics and computer science of Gui zhou normal university, we have made many teaching experiments of math "situation-problem" aiming to cultivate the students' innovation sense and the ability of practice and creation at more than 200 elementary schools, junior and senior high schools in three provinces and one city of Southwest China. And these experiments have achieved very good effect. In this research, in order to know clearly the shortage in the strategy of math teaching in the elementary schools, junior and senior high schools and solve the core problem of quality education, we have put forward theresearch thesis--the research of teaching strategy about math" situation-problem"in elementary schools, junior and senior high schools and we have done systemical research about it based on the teaching practice which they had done and the existing theory. Through analyzing the corresponding teaching cases, we have discussed the operability of the strategy, and in the mean time, we have pointed the importance of this research to math teaching and education in the elementary schools, junior and senior high schools. All of these are the main experience about the math "situation-problem" teaching practice in the e elementary schools, junior and senior high schools during the four years, that is, to balance the teaching well between emphasizing base and developing ability, it is the convincing example of teaching reform on searching for the middle-belt.
