Generally speaking, teachers who just enter into teaching post will commonly experience a tough and decisive phase, called a phase of novice teacher. The frustrated process of socialization of novice teachers will not only cause them leaving teaching profession, but also bring a good many education problems: The condition of deviating from teaching occupation for novice teachers would be likely to make a lot of them who have a gift for being a teacher leave this profession which is provided with great developing potential for them. Anyhow it's a great loss in accumulating good teachers with teaching abilities. At the same time, with the leaving of some new teachers, another group of new teachers will start their careers of being teachers. Students who study with these teachers would have to adapt themselves to changing different teachers ceaselessly. No doubt, teaching quality will be influenced severely and it will bring bad effects toward the development of these students. Most importantly, the conception of education and teaching mode shaped during the phase of novice teacher would terribly influence teacher professional development in the future .It is this research, a case study that will aim at this problem.I adopted qualitative method which is revealing its unique fascination gradually in social science study, and one method of qualitative method being called "narrative inquiry" was used as leading method in this research. "Narrative inquiry" in education field concerns how to narrate and how to expand education research with seemly mode of narrating. "Narrative inquiry" attaches importance to narrators' status and situation , affirms the significance of individual "life history" and "life experience" of narrators , corroborates teachers' individual "life history" and "individual knowledge"."Narrative inquiry" concerns not only "theory" and "logic" of education but also "thing" and "scenario" of it within which"theory" and "logic" will grow up.Datum of this research originated from all kinds of events that I have ever experienced or happened to my colleagues during my five years of teaching living in a high school and some of them were collected in another study in which I went deep into a teacher's life who was teaching in an elementary school, others rooted in books, periodicals, journals and Internet. In this study I am a researcher and also a primary narrator. Because of leaving from teaching post, I Lacked actions and objects of changing real education situation .Actually my report has already been changed into stories. It's me myself who work over these stories, so the nature of this research is close to narrative anthropology research in education. I vividly described a great deal of events that happened in novice teachers living. Via analyzing these original datum a distinct line of stories clears up. I was trying to show real scene of new teachers' living, to commentate or analyze their life history and their individual practice knowledge I induced some characteristics that novice teachers have on the basis of analyzing novice teachers' psychological development, socialization, and cognizing development.I analyzed various challenges new teachers will face: classroom discipline, student motivation, dealing with individual differences among students, assessment of student work, interaction with parents, organizing work, obtaining sufficient materials for adequate instruction, dealing with students' personal problems, heavy course loads with inadequate preparation time, and getting along with colleagues. Then I give the reasons of these problems: intense inclining to imitate their teachers; inclining to deviate from other teachers; starching theories of education, teaching methods and skills.In conclusion, novice teachers need more support. It is necessary to establish induction program of beginning teachers, provided that consummating teacher educating system.
