In the process of the "popularization" process of education,the thinking of the quality of education has become more and more in-depth.At the same time,the acceleration of the comprehensive pace of development of colleges and universities has also aroused the examination of the development direction of the normal universities.In recent years,the research on the development of teachers' teaching knowledge is continuing.However,there are still gaps in the exploration of the development of knowledge of the teacher educators.The normal university is a special teaching field,and the teaching knowledge and professional quality of teachers are influencing the development of future teachers.Teacher educators is to foster prospective teachers group of teachers to attach importance to the development of teacher educators,improve the quality of teaching and scientific research of teacher educators,is a responsibility of the normal universities should not be ignored.At the same time,the special teacher educator,the research on the beginning teacher educators in the teaching of knowledge development path,analysis in higher normal universities and teacher educators both sides to be appointed on teaching knowledge promotion optimization strategy,is an important problem in this paper.First of all,this paper mainly adopts qualitative research method of narrative research,a comprehensive look at higher normal colleges and universities beginning teacher educators in teaching related problems with the development of the knowledge,to explore the main path of the development of teaching knowledge,and according to current situation of the main strategy of optimization.The study of a beginning teacher educators to delve into,mainly from the following aspects,respectively is "teaching curriculum knowledge","teaching content knowledge" and "the teaching method of knowledge".Under the guidance of narrative research,the author obtained first-hand information through interviews,which provided theoretical support for the subsequent deduction of this article.Secondly,through the in-depth investigation of the author,it can be seen that the teaching knowledge of the primary teachers in higher normal colleges has diversified development paths.Different development approaches promote the development of teaching knowledge of primary teachers to varying degrees,and become the main path adopted by them in the process of developing their own teaching knowledge.Finally,the author in this paper starting from the beginning teacher educators andteachers colleges,teacher educators teaching knowledge to be appointed for the development of practical advice,both,under the joint efforts of both,to further promote higher normal colleges and universities beginning teacher educators teaching knowledge of rapid development.On the one hand,the primary teachers should strengthen their own development;On the other hand,colleges and universities should promote and guarantee the development of teaching knowledge for primary teachers.Knowledge teaching is teachers and educators in the development of teaching can not be ignored in the center of gravity,the development of teacher educators in jobs,only to be appointed its own teaching knowledge,to promote the development of teacher's professional accomplishment and ascension,for the future prospective teachers spread more of the power of knowledge.
