Tibet history is longer and longer. Educational culture about Tibet is the constituting part of the history treasure- house in Chinese nation culture with shining glory. At present, facing the best opportunity of the big development about western region with the grand target on constructing completely warm dress and enough food for family in society, there will have to be educate research's contents that how to reply many challenge, to develop quickly and to cultivate a large number of high character persons with creative ability for local economy of demand and completely social progresses. The research bases on the special of the development history in Tibet education. The writer expounds the evolutional process of special education form, overall analyzes positive and negative effectiveness which Tibet religious monastery schooling act on the development about Tibet schools, with the influence between religious monastery schooling and its special and religious culture, natural environment and productive ways. On the foundation, the author brings forward conceive about the deeper education reformation, and accelerates the development of municipality schooling.
