With teaching getting more and more professional, teacher continual education is facing a much tougher challenge than before and how to carry out continual education and facilitate the professional quality for teachers at the primary school and high school is a problem needed to be solved urgently. Based on the definition of teacher professionalization , continual education and training model, this thesis expounds the necessity of carrying out continual education for teachers at the primary school and high school ,analyzes training models home and abroad and tries to construct Chinese characteristic training models, which is the core of this thesis. This article constructs the school-based and student-based models as well as participating and reflective models from the angle of humanitarian and individuation; meanwhile, it puts forward the problems which should be paid more attention to while carrying out those models including the choice of policy ,training evaluation and so on.
