Objective: In order to observe the variational rules of red blood cell immune function, we arrange a quantitative load exercise test before hypoxic exposure, acute hypoxic exposure 10h and 4 weeks intermittent hypoxic exposure(IHE) separately. At the same time we try to investigate the possible relativity of blood lactic acid and red blood cell immune function through the change of blood lactic acid.Methods: 8 male soccer players of Beijing Sport University lived in hypoxia apartment (equivalent to height above sea level 2500 meters) 4 weeks (10h /d , 7d /wk ). We arrange a quantitative load exercise test before hypoxic exposure, acute hypoxic exposure 10h and 4 weeks hypoxic exposure separately. We measured the soccer players's red blood cell immune function by Feng Guo's method and measured blood lactic acid at the same time when they were rest and just finish the exercise. Conclusion:1. After acute hypoxic exposure 10h, the red blood cell immune express clinical stimulated and confused compare to those of the time before hypoxic exposure. After 4 weeks IHE, the red blood cell immune function express secondary low in clinic compare with those of the time before hypoxic exposure, and close to those of the migrator or the people who living in altiplano. 2. Shortly after the quantitative load exercise test when before hypoxic exposure and acute hypoxic exposure 10h, RBC-C3bRR decreased significantly and RBC-ICR increased significantly compare to that of rest. 3. Compare to the red blood immune function of rest after 4 weeks IHE,although RBC-ICR increased significantly but there is no significant change of RBC-C3bRR when shortly after the quantitative load exercise test. Compare 4 weeks IHE to before hypoxic exposure and acute hypoxic exposure 10h, the variation of RBC-C3bRR decreased significantly; although the variation of RBC-ICR has no significant difference, but it represent gradual decreased. 4. The variation of blood lactic acid very lower as 4 weeks IHE after than before hypoxic exposure. The trend is same as those of red blood cell immune function. It indicated that the body has adapt gradually to the stimulation of the intermittent hypoxic exposure and the ability of tolerant the quantitative load exercise test has been improved after 4 weeks IHE. 5. There is no significant correlation between blood lactic acid and red blood cell immune function during the period of intermittent hypoxic exposure.
