The Inquiry Of Integrating Web-based Multimedia Technology With Mathematics Education

Nowadays with the rapid development of web-based multimedia technology ,it provides students a new approach for mathematics learning which is a very complex mental course . The elementary and high school mathematics curriculum standard has brought forward some new ideas that teachers should make full use of the web-based multimedia mathematics resources and teachers should be organized to teach mathematics with the help of the web-based multimedia technology. So the construction of the web-based multimedia mathematic courseware system and an inquiry of the students' psychology of mathematics learning has become hot issues for the mathematic education reform at present . This article broke through the traditional ideas of CAI courseware and build up the new web-based multimedia courseware system through recognition the theory of the mathematics learning and psychology of the mathematics learning under the network environment . The building of the system has succeed in solving the key tache for integration of the mathematics teaching with web-based multimedia technology at present . The article has also specialized some examples about mathematics teaching .There is a great contrast between traditional mathematics teaching and the contemporary era's. Then we will have a good insight into the many virtues of the mathematics teaching and learning with the help of the web-based multimedia technology. The network environment provides us not only abundant information but also comfort mental circumstances and where it is also possible to study individually .The web-based multimedia technology can also improve the mode of the teaching and learning in the mathematic class, the teacher and student both become masters during the course of teaching .Consequently the teacher should make full use of the web-based multimedia technology to help students to learn the abstract mathematics according to the students' psychology of mathematics learning . We should make great efforts to integrate the web-based multimedia technology with mathematics teaching and learning from now on .
