On the honest and credit education of college students is the preliminary research into the concept, characteristic, content and kinds of methods of the credit education to college students. This dissertation is consisted of four chapters. Beginning with the basic concept of good faith, the first chapter sum up some materials and tries to find out the specific concept of credit education and characteristics of credit education of college students. Specifically, credit education should be embodied with the following three aspects. Improving the understanding of good faith and then linking it up with credit behaviors is the first aspect. Clarifying viewpoints about good faith and then uniting credit understanding with feelings is the second aspect. The last one is persisting in credit faith and then linking up credit understanding, feeling and determination.Based on the credit lacking phenomena in study, livelihood and looking for a job, the second chapter makes a thorough analysis about the credit lacking of college students and brings the reasons to light at the same time. On the basis of it, the chapter makes it known that credit education of college students is urgently demanded for improving the overall quality of college students; for the revolution and development of higher education; for carrying out the strategy of "the growing of talented persons are good for the stronger of our country"; for promoting the moral quality of the whole nationalities and for the healthy development of network in the information era.The third chapter discusses the content of the honest and credit education to college students. In my opinions, it should contain the education of study credit, association credit, live credit and career credit. In order to constitute the sound system of credit education of college students and then strengthen it, the fourth chapter puts forward some ideas. It is suggested that we should unite the credit education at school, at home and in the society. And at the same time, it is no doubt that the credit education of college students should be united with the credit education of teachers and the management of college students. Of course, the education on credit theory and credit practice, the education on the history of credit and the contemporary credit and the individual credit education and collective credit education should be unified in addition.
