But by the existing data and researching find: the theories of sports aerobics more general and limit at present, only remain at a general determine describe and experience summary. So at present, it is necessary to study the trends of group six, to provide scientific guide for training practice, to smooth the way out for the more health and fast developing.Research ways such as documental data, investigation visit, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics have been adopted in this article to study the developing trends and the countermeasures of our country.
