Japan is one of the sports power in Asia which with a long history of the establishment,of sDorts related, law. Also, it is one of the main characteristics of Japan’ s sports law to enhance the development: of it by sports law and policies. From the1961law " Sport Promotion Act" and2010"Strategy for Sport Nation " to the latest2011" The Basic Act on Sport", it has been fifty years. Japan’s Sport,s. Law. has a strong continuity,"Strategy for Sports Nation" and "The Basic Act. on Sport" have inherited the advantages of "Sport Promotion Act" and revitalize it at the same time..Starting from the Japanese sports legal and social background, to explore the causes of Japan’s sports law and its achievements. By understanding the reason why Japan launched "The Basic Aet on Sport" and amend" Sports Promotion Act", to explain how Japan’ s sport combined sports and peoples’ life and then changing society. Through literature research, logical deduction and other research methods to analyze Japan’ s two sports law at different times and lead the following two two (?) First, the Japanese government (?) good achievements in the implementation more than fifty years in the "Sport Promotion Act", the Sports populationhas increased which reached68%in2010. Children’s physical declining trend has been suppressed., elementary students in higher grades had been gradually began to show an upward trend in fitness, declining physical condition has also been alleviated.
