On the base of the previous study on education for school-aged girls, this paper took an action research mode which is from bottom to top. Action research is a new-belief and methods. It is a study used in the education practice. That is a study in education, for education, through education. This study also improved the rate of the enrollment of the girls and education quality with the character of independence, practice, cooperation, reflection and opening.The research paper includes five parts. The first part is an introduction that tell why to do this research, the purpose, significance and the literature base of the research; The second part is an action research, which includes rich contents, such as the action research belief, teachers as the subject of the action research, school as the situation field of the action research, the cut of the action research and the education for girls; The third part is mainly for the process, organize, the circle path and methods of the research, the measures are taken by provincial and local researchers; The fourth part is mainly for the result of the study and the examination, which mainly includes the effect of the study, questions exists in the study and the examination of the result of the study; The fifth part made reflection and gave some suggestion.The researchers mainly are district cadres, parents of students, principals, teachers and students from the 9 schools in Dashu Township in Dongxiang County. They took the 9 schools in Dashu Township in the poverty-stricken minority Dongxiang County as the study sample. The principals, teachers, girl students, villagers, religion leaders are researchers, practicers and changers of the present situation all the time. They also are the study subject of the education for the school-aged girls, The theory researchers have become the supporters, facilitators, observers and promoters of the project. The researchers practise togather, discuss together and resolve problem together in the study process. We have made a great achievement on promoting the enrollment and education quality of the school-aged girls during the past 2 years. The officers from villages, townships and counties strengthened their support to school. The ideas of the villagers became newer and newer. The enthusiasm of the parents for sending their girls into school has been aroused. The rate of enrollment of the school-aged girls and the consolidation of it have changed greatly. The self confidence of school aged girls improved. The project schools tried to do some teaching reform and have made some initial achievements.The purpose of the action research is arousing the practicers, and help the practicers with their study and resolve the problems they meet in their work situation consciously, and change their work environment. This attitude for changing the environment consciously is positive and initiative this attitude will influence the living attitude of the practicers.
