A Study On The Improvement Of Results In Study Through The Method Of Successful Encourgement

It is very important for the educators that how to improve the results of the middle school students. This experiment has been done for about one year by the students of Grade One to achive this goal .The conclusions drawn run as follows : It is a scientific effective systematic method based on the theory of success and psychology , Non-intellegence factors have been encouraged .It encourages the active factors of students through fostering the active power and it is very effctive to the study . During the training, it must really go into effect through the self-training of students .According to the above mentioned, educational suggestions are put forward in view of the project of successful encourgement.
