Thesis is divided into four sections. The section one and two deal with the bases and teaching functions of the reading instruction with pattern of learning through practice (PLTP), and the section three and the section four deal with teaching tactics of the reading instruction with PLTP and students' learning tactics. The first deals with the theoretical bases of reading instructions with PLTP after base on reviewing and checking traditional reading instructions and existent problems: it gets at the roots of changing direction of theory of literature and art, innovation of knowledge sense and transformations of reading instructions under the circumstance of teaching theories and then discusses the functional features of reading instructions with PLTP: to show students' characters, to cultivate students' creativity, to have inherent, direct and natural functions and have important and latent functions. The second two deals with the functions of reading instructions with PLTP from four aspects: teaching with daily life, improvement of students' aesthetic judgment, improvement of emotional acceleration of changing experiences, training of consciousness of making innovation and getting of satisfaction of successful desire. The third section is concentrated on enforcement tactics of reading instruction with PLTP. The first, setting of teaching goals is discussed, it has characters of adaptability and prediction, but no stipulation and advance imagination. The next, discusses that teacher should grasp trend, elastic and open teaching process, and than discusses the tactics about teaching resources rationing, developed and organized by teacher in classroom. The last discusses that several practices are achieved by teachers' words influence, events occurred by chance, background music and multi-media. The fourth section deals with classroom learning tactics of reading instruction with PLTP from three directions: from learning of words and tasting of every detail in the reading materials, from imagine and looking into problems and from personal experience and operation in practices. The thesis deals with the advantages of reading instruction with PLTP: to have humanity course plains and teaching methods by made innovations, to have open space shapes, to show the equal and harmonious relationship between teacher and students, to reflect daily teaching contents and achieves humanity teaching goals. It is a mean of reading instruction that tallies with inherent law of learning Chinese.
