The Research About The Achievement Motive Of Adolescent Basketball Players In Jilin And Liaoning Province

This research chose four schools for sport and four middle schools in liaoning province and Jilin province, from which 260 sportsmen aged 14 to 20 are selected. Achievement Motive of adolescent are measured by using CMI. The results indicated that, (A) The adolescent basketball sportsmen in these provinces are in the middle of the whole in achievement motive in the five areas; (B)There is difference of different genders in the goal of social agreement, male look upon the social agreement much more, the same as in the happy feeling goal. (C)The main are in lower level than others. (D)The sportsmen from sports school have higher achievement motive level than the sportsmen in middle school. (E)Grade three in junior school is the lowest of the six grads in hardworking goal. Grade three in high school is only lower than grade one and two of junior school. (F)Sportswomen's achievement motive level is down wavingly followed by the increasing of the grade. The largest difference is in the grade three in junior school between male and female. In the high school, male's motive level is always above the female's. (G)Considered grade, the identification makes levels different in the happy feeling goal. (H)In grade one in high school, sportsmen from middle school have higher level than from sports school. They are on the same level in grade three of junior school. Sportsmen from sports school always have high level than the ones from middle school except in grade one of high school. In the end of the article, we give some suggestions towards the education of adolescent basketball players.
