Research On The Relationship Among Achievement Motivation,group Cohesion,Performance Of Collegewomen's Basketball Teams

In the era of progress,the old training system has gradually failed to meet the needs of Chinese basketball talents.The system can't cultivate athletes with high comprehensive quality and sustainable development.With the establishment of CUBA,many universities in China have set up their own basketball team.More and more teams are participating in this game.The transformation of talent training system in the new era,the women's basketball team in universities will be a new talent pool for the professional team and even the national team.Athletes' achievement motivation is the key factor that decides the behavior.At the same time,basketball is a team sport.In addition to the players personal efforts,cooperation is also a very important factor.And the result of sports is the performance.According to the literature reading,select women's basketball team in universities of Shanghai as the research object,the relationship between players achievement motivation,cohesion and performance,provide a reference for the construction and development of university basketball team,so as to provide some theoretical basis for the promotion of the better construction of the women's basketball team and development of women's basketball project.Based on the methods of documentation,psychological survey,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the achievement motivation and group cohesion of the twentieth CUBA Shanghai competition,and draws the following conclusions.(1)There is a significant positive correlation between achievement motivation,and group cohesion.Among them,group task attraction and group task consistency have significant influence on achievement motivation.(2)The achievement motivation has a positive impact on the performance of the competition.(3)Group cohesion has a significant positive impact on the performance.Among them,the group task attraction and the group task consistency have a significant influence on the performance of the competition.(4)The group cohesion has a significant influence on the competition results,and it is influenced by the motivation of achievement.Through the research proposed that following suggestions:(1)In the construction of women's basketball team in universities,the school should pay attention to improve support for the team.Coaches should pay attention to goal setting and training programs,improving the pursuit of the goal,and led the team to achieve better performance.(2)In the process of training and competition,coaches should make the players fully aware of the content of the goals,strengthen the understanding of the goals,and inspire the willing to achieve the goals.(3)Pay attention to the impact of achievement motivation on group cohesion,recognizing achievement motivation and group cohesion are complementary.So as to achieve better team performance.
