Thereby, it is the key to culture good athletes.According to the collected literature, the thesis, firstly, expatiates the definition, formative process and mission of the discus basic training; Then combines training practice and depends on the anatomy, physiology, exercitation and psychology, etc. clarifies the importance and the necessity of the basic training; Follow contrasts the actuality of teenager's man discus basic training between china and other countries, looks for their difference and analyzes the reason; Finally point the development trend that the discus basic training of our country, and take them as the basis, aiming at the existent problem, putting forward the homologous countermeasure and suggestion.
