Discus track and field sports movement is the rotation of the highly technical sport, it contains many technical aspects, technical movements on the athletes often do not improve, resulting in poor performance. In addition to the athlete's own physical, level of training, technical improvements are also very important. Discus the project due to the movement characteristics for the measurement and analysis of a certain degree of difficulty, in order to find out the reasons for its action imperfect, we have to muscle force by the order of the size and duration of force and other aspects of research and analysis to enable the athletes to improve performance play a role.Objectie:There is a certain degree of difficulty to measure and analyse due to the movement characteristics of discus. We conducted research and analysis by muscle exertion sequence, effort size and duration for finding the causes of action which is not perfect, so as to improve performance of athletes.In the discus exercise training process, which muscular exertion when the discus thrower do the movements?
