Teacher's personal concept of education play an important role in the process of defining teachers' behaviors, organizing their knowledge and information, and it is a deep-seated factor in determining teacher's education behaviors. Teacher's personal concept of education not only influences the teaching quality but also has an important significance on teacher's life quality. Teacher's personal concept of education is non-linear and whole with personal subjectivity. The general study approach is based on the method of logic reasoning: from the general description and the criticism of traditional education to a uniform reasonable and widely adaptive education concept. This kind of study often has a faint influence on education practice because it's far away from the reality. So, this study launches investigations of real teacher's personal concept of education try to supply some facts and theory prerequisite for teacher theory study. A Chinese teacher of primary school is invited as the research object in this study with the method of narrative inquiry. This literary grace went on under natural circumstance and last enough time in terms of participator. "Participating observation" describes the details and facts of experience and behaviors of the research object through narrating,and personal educational concept of research object will appear in front of reader gradually.This kind of research is objective and situational and it won't pursue a general conclusion .But it attempts to let readers receive certain inspiration in the concrete description and analysis. This study try to have personal understanding of the connotation of the personal educational concept through narrating some teaching stories to represent the true scene the personal educational concept exist in. Then we try to grasp the development process of the personal educational concept and reflect on the current situation, the origin cause of formation and the possible route of improvement of teacher's personal educational concept. The teacher's personal education concept includes abundant contents. This study made a concrete analyze of the teacher's view of students, teachers, and teaching. Tracking the formation process of the personal educational concept, we can find the personal education concept is a course of growing up naturally and demonstrating remarkable spontaneity and keeping silent in a non-criticized state. The current personal education concept has instrumentalism inclination and teachers concern mostly on teaching skills and neglect the significance of education and life. Theoretical research and teacher education should concern sincerely on the realistic circumstances and explore the effective way of promotion and transcendence of real teacher's personal educational concept.
