The 18 th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers,improve their professional ability and ethics,and enhance their sense of honor and responsibility for their profession.The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that we should give priority to the development of education,strive to do a good job in education satisfying the people,fully implement the party's principles and policies,carry out the task of cultivating moral character,and guide teachers and students to establish a correct concept of education.The opinions of the central committee of the communist party of China and the state council on comprehensively deepening the construction and reform of the teaching staff in the new era in 2018 has made a comprehensive arrangement for the construction and reform of the teaching staff.It can be seen that teachers should constantly strengthen the cultivation of their own quality to adapt to the development of the new era.In recent years,the age of school teachers tends to be younger,and the proportion of new teachers in the school is increasing.New teachers have become the key factors affecting students' growth and school development.However,due to the lack of teaching experience,new teachers are not mature enough in teaching methods and psychological quality,and they will encounter all kinds of confusion in work.Based on the growth cases of new teachers,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties encountered by new teachers in their entry into the profession,and then thinks about how to solve these puzzles and turn negative factors into positive factors,aiming to explore what kind of care and help each relevant department should give to new teachers through these studies.This study adopts the qualitative research method,carry out narrative research on the individual's growth process,and dig deeper educational significance from personaleducation stories.This research is mainly based on my college classmate teacher A and her colleagues.It takes teacher A's stories as the main line to carry out the discussion.Through these stories,the real performance of the new teachers' work and life situation is summarized.In order of time,this study introduces the pre-service preparation,psychological changes and pre-service training of teacher A.After officially becoming a teacher,I described the work of new teachers from the following aspects:(1)In terms of class management,through the analysis of the process of interaction between new teachers and students,it is found that new teachers are confused in role transformation and the degree of intimate relationship with students.(2)In physics teaching,from the aspects of lesson preparation,physical concept explanation,teacher language,exercise explanation,teacher prejudice,etc.,reflecting the new teachers in discipline knowledge,teaching methods,classroom strain capacity,knowledge into practice.(3)In terms of working environment,it is pointed out that new teachers should make efforts to adjust their psychological state,adapt to their role changes,and get along well with colleagues.The training work carried out by the school,the teacher-apprentice pairing system,the new teacher induction report class and other activities have provided some help for the growth of new teachers.Through analysis and conclusion,the progress and development of teachers need the support of various departments,it mainly includes the following aspects:(1)First of all,new teachers should improve their teaching level,master precise subject professional knowledge,create efficient classrooms,be good at reflecting on themselves in teaching,make up for the lack of teaching,and strive to improve the ability of all aspects,read more educational books,improve themselves educational teaching wit.(2)Secondly,the school should be well trained for new teachers.The training should be practical and mobilized.The enthusiasm of the new teachers should be mobilized.The blue and blue projects should be carried out,the new teachers shouldbe cared for,the support work should be done well,and healthy and upward work should be created.The environment meets the psychological needs of new teachers and achieves a smooth transition of roles.(3)From the perspective of the master of education,we must correct the attitude of learning,cherish the internship opportunities,pay attention to the dynamics of the middle school curriculum,expand the knowledge,strengthen the study of professional knowledge,and understand the psychological characteristics of students.(4)Finally,it is necessary for colleges and universities to start from the basic knowledge and practical ability,not only to let students master the educational theory knowledge possessed by modern teachers,but also to cultivate students' ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practice.
