Dujiangyan is a city at county level located in the northwest of the Chengdu plain. In recent years, because the educational administration department of Dujiangyan carries on a series of reforms, the rural education is developed obviously, and the balanced development of education in the region is positively advanced. In the construction of the teacher troop, in order to improve the teachers' quality, optimize the teachers ' structure, promote teachers' balanced disposition, the educational administration department of Dujiangyan has taken a series of measures. Through the on-the-spot investigation, this research understands the present situation of the teacher troop of the elementary and middle schools in Dujiangyan, and carries on the SWOT analysis, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures. The author hopes this research can provide the reference to the construction of the teacher troop of the elementary and middle schools in Dujiangyan, also hopes it can offer a few ordinary remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas for constructing the teacher troop of the Sichuan countryside's elementary and middle schools. The first part of paper analyzes the overall condition of the elementary and middle schools' teachers, also analyzes the sampling teachers ' working condition, quality, education idea, continuing education situation, interpersonal relationship, income situation as well as professional degree of satisfaction. According to the investigation result, the second part of paper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses of the teacher troop and the opportunities, threats which be faced in the construction of the teacher troop. According to the questions of the teacher troop and the threats which the teacher troop faces, taking the teacher professionalization theory as the instruction, taking the domestic and foreign teachers professionalization practice as the reference, combining the teacher troop'strengths and the opportunities which the teacher troop faces, the third part of paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures from macroscopic and microscopic sides.
