On The University Students' Political Civilization

16th National Congress of Communist Party of China pointed out clearly that building the political civilization of socialism is the important object for building a well-off society in an all-round way, To be the coming undertaker in such a society, the university students' qualities of the political civilization have the direct relation with the the construction situation of the society. Therefore, the political civilization education to the students has become the urgent task. This thesis aims at this situation, starting with from the university students' political civilization education --the basic theories of a brand-new subject, making the brief introduction to the proposition of political civilization theories' background, content, characteristic and the construction object, discussing the necessity and meanings about the university students' political civilization educational, then introducing the three components of university students' political civilization education--civilization education of political consciousness, the system civilization education and behavior civilization, and analyzing through the knowledge of three great components of political civilization combined the contemporary university students' ideology and politics education in the current situation which concluded the main content of university students' political civilization education. The article makes every effort to explore the most effectual methods of university students' political civilization education in practice finally, in the hope of making university student's political civilization education attains the best actual effect.
