Teacher is a person who has the individual personality and capacity to develop himself. Teacher Development should be achieved by teacher himself in certain educational settings. People exist and develop in the relationships with other objects and other people, so do teachers. Teachers exist in the school and school is the settings where teachers develop. The campus relationships are the cooperative relationships which are consciously built by teachers, students, parents, school administrators and other related people. Teacher, as a person, develops his self-developing consciousness and capacity in the campus relationships, which is the basic thinking method for me to make study on teacher development. This study does the elaboration of teacher development from six sides: teachers' self-recognition, the intergrowth between teachers and students, traveling together with colleagues, school administrators' guiding, subtle influence of the school culture, examination from the community, and shows how teachers grow in the M primary school.
