The western countries and our country have researched more than one hundred years to solve the problem that the teachers ignored the differences among individuals in class-teaching system. But the problem is still a focus in teaching researches. Especially in the ear that is filled with globalization, multicultural background, our society is changing and the education reformation is beginning. The research is becoming an important issue. It is based on the multi-intelligence theory of Howard·Gardner who is a famous psychologist of American. The research that analyzes and studies the strategy using in the class teaching improves the individual development of students. Therefore, my thesis has theoretical and practical significance. It is a content of individual teaching theory that study the personal development and individual development. It is also help us to overcome the flaws in class teaching and push forward the quality education and new curriculum reformation. My thesis is based on three perspectives that are history, reality and theory. It looks ahead the development of individual teaching and the strategy of individual teaching as well. The realm includes what is individual teaching? What is the strategy of individual teaching? Is it necessary or possible to study the strategy in class teaching? Is there any teaching strategy? What is it? How to operate? With personal subjective and objective condition, I adopt documental, historical, conversional, theoretical methods to carry on my research that is based on research purpose and realm. To operate the individual teaching is necessary and possible in class teaching. The strategy of individual teaching is demanded to the following reasons that include respecting multi-culture, education reformation about individual, solving flaws in teaching. Meanwhile individual teaching and the strategy that based on the theoretical study, practice and technology will realize in new curriculum reformation. In other word, it is the integration not only history and logic but also destination and regulation. With the premise, I think the strategies from several perspective including preparing classes, teaching, assignment and evaluation. Based on the multi-intelligence theory, I advance individual preparing class strategy, autonomous choosing class strategy, elastic class strategy and evaluation strategy etc. Individual teaching and its practice are not myth or idea. Many researchers have paid attentions to it with understanding attitudes. The realization of individual teaching need continue practicing and improvement and development. Of course, the extensive individual of students will bring about difficulties in collective teaching to care for every student's individual. There is a demonstration that is difficult, complex, multiple, scientific standing on the teaching platform. It is not only a new light in the curriculum reformation, but also a test to every teacher. Although individual teaching need test of practice, I believe it will get mature and improvement in the practice. Because of the restriction of subjective and objective condition, my research lacks system practical research. It discusses the theory mainly without any practicing, which is a bit flaw in my thesis. But I will do the rest work in the sequential study.
