With the rapid economy development, more and more responsibility will be takenon education. At the same time, the expectation for talents is higher and higher. Facingthe problem of students with different academic performances, the traditional teachingsystem shows its limitations and shortcomings. Now the traditional education wayfaces new problems and challenges, it does not meet the needs of each student. It is ourjob to improve our students in both academic performance and their personal behavior.In the meantime, we have to focus on the character development of each student. Wewant each student get the education which fits them. This article mainly focuses on thestrategies on differentiated teaching, differentiated assignment and differentiatedtutoring. According to Confucius, in collaborating with the class teaching method weuse, the author looked up lots of materials, used the ideas in these materials and made aconclusion. The article uses many examples to demonstrate the point of view of theauthor. According to the results from the students, they have proved the effectivenessof the strategies and measures. These strategies and methods always apply to thestudent-oriented teaching way. We are supposed to recognize the differences amongstudents, then have the right attitude towards them. We are supposed to teach studentsin accordance with their characters and interest. In this way can meet the need of thisresearch.
