Sustainable Development Of High Level Track And Field In Universities In China

For breaking the monopoly of national competitive sports and completing the aim to organ a real student sports representive team,the ministry of education began a try authortied universities to experiment high level sports in 1986. At present, after near 20 year's development, there are already 51 high level track and field national experimental universities and near 100 provincial national experimental universities, while the current position of high level track and filed in universites is unsatisfied, the whole competitive acheivement is low and most of athletes's professional knowledge and capability is poor. So, we have to say that the development of high level track and field in universities isn't sustainable development.Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, It was the limitation by both time and space, the sustainable development contains three aspects development, lasting and harmonility.According to investigation and study of relevant documents and data, questionnaires, talks with experts and mathematical statistics, the following chief conclusions concerning the sustainable development of high level track and field in Universities have been put forward drawn.1 .At present,the limitations of the sustainable development of high level track and field in Universities are eleven restrained factors which involves: system, athlete, coach, trainings science and technology, need, academic education, employment, environment, management, assess.2.The scientific training level in univeristies is not meet the requirment of the top track and field level for many restrained factors,it is urgly to enhance The scientific training level.3.The academic education of high level athletes is poor,which has...
