Teachers Professional Development is the key factor that will influence the middle school curriculum of realization. The school is the principal place where teachers professional and skills development take place. School—based in service training is on the upgrade progressively of late years. Nowadays, application of self-study, inquiring-teaching, action researching and self-assessment in schools indicate the necessity to create all to have some review of the model own teacher s autonomous development in specialty. It possesses practical significance.The paper analyses the intension and the characteristics of the model, whose core is "teacher" and goes through the whole professional development process of "study, doing, and evaluation". The model emphasizes "self-employed, practice, reflection", and the structure is openly.New conception advocated by the new basic education course reform, brings the severe challenge and opportunity of teachers development. Compared with other model, this model has some outstanding advantages.As it characterizes practice and reflective, the mode is based on constructivistic theory, action researching and group dynamic theory.The paper point out how to build up the model, such as the ways of teachers study, practice and how to use the method of teacher evaluation. The forms of teachers study are individual study, apprenticeship model and teacher learning-group. The teachers major practice is teaching, and the action research is a very suitable method for teachers study, whose ways are case study, narrative inquiry and topic study. It is urgent for school to evaluate the teachers correctly in order to encourage the teachers.
