With the continuous deepening of China's education reform, China's minority education has been substantial development, but we can not deny that a basic education in the new wave of curriculum reform, China's poverty-stricken education and teachers team construction and highlight all cannot be ignored. These problems, seriously hindered the development of education in China, the poverty-stricken must cause our attention. This article mainly discussed the poverty-stricken after class to change the professional development of teachers. Where the teacher's professional development is the high quality of Chinese education counties of a key factor. Teachers' specialization in education reform tide is inevitable trend, the international school of Chinese counties in the professional development of teachers, teachers' specialization in tide, is affected by many factors. The author is a realistic problem of high school teachers of Chinese in counties and personal interview, questionnaire investigation way.
