Cultivating students' ability to pose problems is the necessity of promoting quality education and is one of the ways to enhance innovation education. On the basis of Psychology and Pedagogy, this paper deals with realistic and educational significance of cultivating students' ability to pose problems. According to the questionnaire, it puts forward its present situation. It has also analyzed and discussed the causes of the situation and has drawn some inspiration. At the end of the paper, the author made a teaching experiment in her own classes, which lasted a term. In the light of the teaching contents, the author creates question-situations. And the guidance and training to students' questions on different stages, from different angles and in different ways of thinking. So in this way, students' ability to pose problems is improved and their awareness of posing problems is apparently enhanced. The results of the research shows that it is possible to cultivate students' ability to pose problems and what' s more this ability can be transferred to the study of the other subjects and promote their study. In the experiment, students' metacognition is effectively developed, their emotion and attitude changed and their abilities, such as the ability of language expression and ability of cooperating with others improved. At the same time, teachers' education notion is changed, which promotes the renewed of teachers' teaching methods and changes the ways of students' learning evaluation.
