The problem is the heart of math.Problem posing is an important part of teaching practice,an effective means to promote problem solving. In mathematics curriculum standards for compulsory education(2011),it is clearly proposed that students should be trained to find out mathematical problems, pose mathematical problems, analyze mathematical problems and apply the knowledge and skills learned to solve mathematical problems,so as to improve their mathematical practice ability. To cultivate students' ability to put forward questions, teachers should first become a good question originator.Based on the survey of the status quo of primary school mathematics teachers' problem posing awareness and ability, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the problem posing ability of primary school mathematics teachers, and puts forward feasible suggestions for the development of the problem posing ability of primary school mathematics teachers.Based on the questionnaire survey and supplemented by classroom observation, this paper conducted an empirical study on the status quo and influencing factors of mathematics teachers from grade 1 to grade 6in 8 primary schools in dujiangyan city, sichuan province, and reached the following conclusions:Primary school mathematics teachers have a strong awareness of raising questions, but their awareness of questioning, reflecting and capturing mathematical information in life needs to be strengthened.1.Teachers are not only "teachers",but also researchers in teaching.Questioning and reflection are indispensable parts,so teachers need to strengthen their awareness of raising questions.Primary school mathematics teachers' ability to raise questions needs to be further improved. They are able to raise simple questions, but few of them raise developmental and innovative questions. In actual teaching activities, these three aspects should run through students' learning activities,so as to enable students to better develop their mathematical thinking and mathematical ability. Therefore, teachers should strengthen their problem-solving ability. There are some factors that influence the ability of primary school mathematicsteachers to pose questions:(1)teaching environment and teaching object;(2)the difficulty of knowledge;(3)the understanding of knowledge;(4)the students' understanding of learning objectives.Teachers are the leading role of teaching activities, and students are the main body of teaching activities.Teachers should not ignore their own value in teaching activities, and should pay attention to the development of students' mathematical ability.Based on the investigation of the current situation and the analysis of influencing factors, this paper puts forward three suggestions from two aspects of teachers' internal requirements and external school policies:pay attention to students' learning needs, pay attention to students' mathematical thinking and mathematical ability development;the assessment of the ability to put forward questions will be included in the evaluation system of primary school mathematics teachers.
