Facing era of knowledge-driven economy , the quality problem of vocational education becomes one of the peopie's focuses. Strengthening the research in this respect, It is a realistic subject to increase the benefits of the vocational education management. Internatioanlly agreed ISO 9000 quality and management certification system offered a way to standardize management for vocational school .However, in the field of our country's management of educational quality ,we haven't set up a science , rational , normal standard of certification system yet at present. The reseach of using the ISO 9000 standard in the vocational education, there is more composition in general quality management study , the real examples reseach such as the school , education , teaching noumenonn etc. is partial and little. A lot of concepts are ambiguous such as school products, customer, quality of education etc. And there is more transplanted composition , localization is not enough ;it is still at the theory study stage , and the practical results are remained to be examined . For this reason, According to above-mentioned situations, my thesis tries hard to explore the quality management of the vocational school, makes some substantive contribution to promoting the standardization and humanization of management for vocational education , improving quality and benefit of the vocational education , setting up a nationwide unified quality of vocational school certification system, deepening educational appraisal system .The thesis adopts approches of literature search and case research , Regard Hengyang Railway engineering School as the case and study the real example, to analyse the current situation of doubting or wait-and-see attitude to some researchers and professional educators , analyses the necessity and feasibility in which ISO 9000 standard popularize in the vocational school;analyses the fuzzy key concept of ISO 9000 , analyses the localization to the products of vocational school, the customers of the vocational school and the...
