Applying 7S management model into the process of teaching in school meets the requirement of rapid development, reform and innovation of vocational and technical education. Meanwhile, it also follows the changes of requirement in talent market. However, the management model is facing new problems and challenges. In this work, the theoretic basis and current developing situation was reviewed. Moreover, several study methods including questionnaire survey, interview and case analysis were used for demonstrating the major practical problems of 7S in the process of teaching. First, better effect can be achieved by 7S in the training room management than other department. Second, the implementation of 7S is insufficient, though high attention has been paid by leaders. Third, many teachers are unable to seriously set an example of 7S management. Finally, three corresponding countermeasures including making the corresponding rules and assessment sheet for both students and teachers. Applying 7S management model into the process of teaching in school is an effective measure to cultivating secondary vocational students’ vocational ability and professional quality. This work is capable of enrich the theoretic study on the vocational education management, which will further improve its connotative development.
