| China University Basketball Super League (shart for:University Super League)and CUBA are two tipical games on different level of China University Physical Education and Sports association. The big difference between them lies to their purposes of holding games. China University Basketball Super League, as an important way in turning its purpose into reality that China will have her own basketball teams to compete in the World University students' Sports Game , is a new action and very useful channel of cultivating high - level competitive talents for China Basketball. University Super League in order to turn these purpose or facts into action , in spite of the first successive compete season , still has a long way to keep its goings-on.Insisted on materialist dialectics and historical materialism, regarded the theories as the bases of my study such as the theory of Marxian social development and man' s all-round development, theory of modernization and man' s modernization, theory of higher education and College and University Physical Education etc., from different perspectives of Physical Education Science, sociology, psychology, anthropology, pedagogy and behaviorism, and by theoretical and demonstrative studies integrated, all-round anlysis on China universitybasketball league. Some theories and problems have been discussed in this paper. Meanwhile some conclusions have been drawn and some suggestions have been put forward. The main works of the paper are listed as follows. In this paper , some present situations have been investigated and analysized such as the purposes and aims of University Super League, something about its managements and implements, the concret management of all possible telative basic building-up, etc.Through setting up some contrances of University Super League with NCAA and CUBA in the aspects of intentions of holding games , organization and managemet systems, teammates dossier management, the distuibution and application of outlay, games systems and rules of Leagues, entrance and cultivation of sportsman etc, some advantages and disadvantages factually University Super League will be found out, and at the same time, under the premises of inheriting and innovation, borrowing and scrutinizing on the basis of synthesizing and absorbing in some relative scientific research some useful experiences, the possible results or conclusions will be driven out and some personal ideas or suggestions about University Super League will be put foreward as following:(1) Setting up a kind of talents cultinating ideas of holding University Super League;(2) Exerting possible advantages of comprehensive universities and strengthening scientific educating and training;(3) Exerting famous variety effects of University Super League and adding outlay invest in as many as possible directions like socialization and market realization;(4) Strengthen coach teams building-up and improving training level;(5) Resolving the contradictories between studying and training;(6) Maturalizing the policies, laws and rules of University Super League and setting up a new systemsof sportsmen entrances and gamesmanagement;(7) Tying in common education and sports training, completing Elementary-Primary-Middle School-College and University professional club, etc. talents cultivating systems;(8) Exploring and considering the possible future professions of the sportsmen of University Super League;(9) Experimenting a kind of entirety University Super League etc. All of such work will be experimented in effective theoretic casesof cultivating high-level Chinese Basketball Sportman talents and do some theory preparation for China Basketball Games to the world level.
