The essential task of education is to help students get knowledge;master skills and form some qualities of to be one member of the society. However, in fact education makes many failures who have some difficulty in study every day. Thus, how to change he backward situation of these students and give free rein to the students' potentiality has become a main subject in the problems of new course reform. These students' problems are the main breakthrough of successful education. From the analysis of aspects of them, this article explains the basic idea of successful education; We should believe that every student has the potentiality and respirations of success and they all can succeed. This article analyses the problems about teaching methods and students' study methods in the process of the chemical teaching. It does some bold research on how to combine the successful education and the teaching practice. This article also advocates changing teachers' ideas and treating students in a right way. In our different teaching methods. For example, divide students in to different levels and teach them some proper knowledge about chemistry. At the same time, we teacher use the "low, little, much, rapid" method in support of our teaching. And using the encouraging comment system and teaching tactics optimizes the chemical teaching. Eventually, Let the teaching aim realized: developing every student.
