In the new course of elementary education reform, the most important task of each physical teacher is enhance student's scientific accomplishment, for this task, the teacher must improve his specialized quality and classroom efficiency through all sorts of means, teaching reflection is one important way.The paper analyses the related studies of teaching reflection of domestic and foreign, elaborated the teaching reflection implication, and elaborated the teaching reflection core i.e. introspection thought. Based on the teaching reflection theory and the teaching practice proposes six strategies to improve teacher's teaching reflection abilities, Summarized 4 ways and 5 steps for the teacher to implement teaching reflection.The paper establishes the teacher teaching reflection questionnaire through theory idea union and teaching practice. Investigates the present situation of current partial physical teacher teaching reflection through the questionnaire survey, thus obtains the following conclusions: (1)The middle school physical teacher does not have the sex difference in the level of development and the ability of teaching reflection. (2)The present situation of teaching reflection develops well of the teacher within five years. (3)The different title physical teacher has no difference on teaching reflection, the primary title teacher has remarkable difference in the development of teaching reflection with the senior teacher. (4)Teacher's teaching reflection ability and the level has no relations with the region environment. (5)High school physical teacher have remarkable difference with the junior middle school teacher in teaching reflection, the juniormiddle school teacher surpass the high school teacher, in the way through the other people to have extremely remarkable. ?The backbone teacher either the discipline leader has extremely remarkable difference with the non- backbone teacher or the discipline leader in teaching reflection consciousness. ?Teacher's education research or career development and the teaching quality enhancement is a pair of contradictory in the present teaching practice, that has many relations to coordinate. ?The middle school physical teacher is inconsistent in the various processes of teaching reflection, exploration is best, consciousness is worst. Most middle school physical teacher reflects through the student, the least is the theorycounter.Based on the conclusions proposes 7 suggestion for the middle school physical teacher to carry on teaching reflection. ?Promote various teaching reflection processes to balanced development of physical teacher. ?Guides the teacher reflect his teaching through multi-ways. ?Strengthen on-the-job training and the front occupation training of the youth physical teacher's. ?Attend the growth of physical teacher from 5 years to 8 years. ?To pay much attention to the major development of high school physical teacher. ?Properly processing between the education scientific research and the teaching reflection. ?Reforms the teacher's system of appraise, forms the good atmospheres and environment of teaching reflection.
